CROSSIP is a bold, alcohol-free spirit designed to add depth, texture, and complexity to drinks, whether low, no, or full strength. It isn’t just an alcohol alternative, it’s a reimagined way to elevate drinks.
CROSSIP is made using a two step maceration process. Individual botanicals, herbs, spices, fruits, and other natural ingredients are macerated separately under heat and pressure to extract maximum flavour. These are then blended to create rich, layered profiles, similar to how spirits like gin are crafted.
CROSSIP is made at The Steep in Bishop’s Stortford, UK.
- Born in a bar, not a boardroom.
- Designed to add depth and texture, not just mimic alcohol.
- Strong, punchy, and concentrated, you need less than typical alcohol free options.
- Can be used across non-alcoholic, low-alcohol, and alcoholic cocktails.
Neither. Syrups and cordials usually contain added sugar - CROSSIP has no added sugar. It’s closer in spirit to... well, a spirit.
Yes. 0.0% ABV. No alcohol is used at any stage in production, and it's regularly tested to confirm this.
Mix it. It’s made to be blended, like a spirit. Think highballs, spritzes, or cocktails. Straight shots aren’t recommended (but hey, you do you).
Technically non-perishable. For best quality, enjoy within six months after opening. Store it right and it’ll last longer.
Keep it at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, and make sure the lid is on tight. No refrigeration needed.
Simply mix 25ml with your favourite mixer (like soda, tonic, ginger ale), add a squeeze of citrus, and you’re golden.
