- 20ml CROSSIP Blazing Pineapple
- 15ml White Rum
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Pineapple Juice
- 10ml Creme de Peche
- 12.5ml Honey Syrup
- 8-12 Large Mint Leaves
METHOD
BUILD & CHURN… Lightly muddle mint and syrups in the base of the glass. Add the rest of the ingredients and churn with 1/2 glass of crushed ice. Top with more ice and garnish.
