INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml CROSSIP Rich Berry
  • 10ml Berry Gin (40%)
  • 2 Barspoon Plum Jam
  • 5ml Balsamic Vinegar
  • 125ml Soda

METHOD

BLEND..... Add Rich Berry, GIn, Jam and Balsamic Vinegar into a glass and incorporate together fully breaking down the jam. Half fill the glass with Ice and add some soda, stir together. Top glass with ice and the rest of the soda. Add basil leaves to the top
