INGREDIENTS
- 30ml CROSSIP Fresh Citrus
- 1 Lime (halved and then quartered)
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
METHOD
Muddle the lime and sugar together in a shaker, saving one of the quarters for garnish. Shake everything vigorously. Empty the contents of the shaker, including ice and limes, into the chilled rocks glass, and garnish with the remaining piece of lime.
